In October of 2002 Langston Realtors and Century 21/Kay Sutton Realtors merged to become Coldwell Banker Langston Realtors, Inc. Previously, Langston Realtors was the largest real estate company in the area and was the city’s oldest full service Realtor firm, having been established more than a third of a century ago in 1966. Kay Sutton Realtors was established in 1995 and by 1997 had one of the largest shares in the Midland market. They were excited to become a successful Century 21 office in 1998. The merger of these two companies formed the largest real estate company between Odessa and Fort Worth, Texas.

In 2008 our Midland office became Coldwell Banker Covenant with Larry Patterson as managing partner.
